CaseNet is a highly customisable web based case management framework that is easy and intuitive to use, with an uncluttered and clean user interface. CaseNet supports all modern browsers, with a responsive and adaptive User Interface which includes support for tablet and mobile screen sizes.  Because CaseNet starts as a generic case management platform, it can be tailored to any industry or business that has a need to manage case related data. We have already used CaseNet in a variety of areas such as Education, Courts, Solicitors, and Drugs and Alcohol Tribunal.

Due to CaseNet’s inbuilt extensibility, your unique and individual business processes including interfacing with external systems can readily be met and supported. CaseNet is built on and continually upgraded to the latest Microsoft .net frameworks, and by utilizing current best practices it allows rapid development and testing with a high level of maintainability for the future. We utilise Dynamics CRM as a development platform for case management solutions.  Take the Customer out of CRM and you have xRM or anything Relationship Management.

Dynamics CRM has many great features that make it a strong development environment.  Things like role based security, native workflow, views and dashboards which would take many hours to code from scratch are available out of the box.

Many of our xRM solutions have been built in the Health domain, where it helps fill the gap between patient administration and clinical systems.
